The journey with ForestX began this way
The founders and main owners, Carl Barck and Christer Lindqvist, have both held leadership roles in the IT sector, with the Swedish forestry industry as their primary client base. ForestX’s mission is to assist the forestry industry in digitalizing key processes while also helping to transform workflows, thereby creating business value. By delivering user-friendly solutions, ForestX enables more efficient operations.
From the outset, Christer and Carl brought together a team of experienced professionals. They also quickly established strong collaborations with carefully selected systems and partners specializing in IT solutions, integration, AI, and machine learning. Among these is Trimble Forestry and its Connected Forest solutions.
